HOURLY RANGE: $23.07 - $30.76 + Comprehensive Benefits Package -Opportunity to earn quarterly sales bonuses
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Tradeshow Coordinator organizes, coordinates, and executes all aspects of the Bayfront Convention Centers produced events. Included but not limited to, the Erie Home Show, The Outdoor/RV Show, The Boat Show and Erie Comicon. He/she will execute the event planning from time of assignment, to the successful implementation, operation, completion and post-convention report of the events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• This role necessitates collaboration with cross-functional departments, and external vendors to ensure each event aligns with the Bayfront Convention Centers objectives.
• He/she will assist the Special Project Coordinator with planning and coordinating hospitality tent logistics at events at Liberty Park.
• He/she will work hand in hand with the Business Development & Sponsorship Manager to develop and implement trade show strategies aligned with marketing and Bayfront Convention Center goals.
• He/she will coordinate end-to-end logistics which includes but not limited to, coordinate floor plan layout, additional detailing or adjustments, vendor accommodation, booth setup, and tear-down.
• Input, update, and utilize event details in CRM system.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports on event performance.
• Work closely with marketing for pre- and post-event marketing campaigns.
• Communicates information to appropriate departments to produce timely resolution ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborates with other departments to gather details & coordinate all tradeshow and event related set up tasks.
• Conducts a pre- and post-event walk throughs.
• Assists with projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
