POSITION: GUEST SERVICES

Guest Services Supervisor

Bayfront Convention Center / Erie Insurance Arena / Warner Theatre / UPMC Park
HOURLY WAGE:
$8.50 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY:

Guest Services is responsible for patron assistance including: giving directions, seating, assisting patrons with disabilities, taking tickets and other duties as assigned by the Guest Services Supervisor. Guest Services employees are responsible for the operation of walk through magnetometers and the management of patrons through the security measures of the various Authority venues. Other responsibilities include making sure that patrons adhere to all rules and regulations established by the Authority and its tenants.

QUALIFICATIONS:

He/she must be a minimum of 18 years of age, have a clean, presentable appearance and good communication skills.
